Policies,
Guidelines, and Check-In Procedures

You will receive a confirmation letter by Friday, August 24, 2007,
stating your check-in time and booth assignment. This will include
a detailed map of the Promenade/Flagpole area and surrounding parking
lots.
- Bronco Bash staff are available to assist with load
in of materials in the morning. If you will need assistance unloading
materials and equipment for your booth, you must arrive at your
designated check-in time. If you choose not to check in at this time,
we WILL NOT provide transportation of your materials or equipment.
- Bronco Bash staff WILL NOT be available to assist
with the clean up or load out of your materials at the end of the
event. Please be prepared to transport your own materials.
- No cars, trucks, boats or motorized vehicles will
be allowed to drive into Bronco Bash at any time.
- We do not provide staff to watch your materials.
- Only registered food vendors will be allowed to
sell food at Bronco Bash.
- We will do our best to accommodate special requests
regarding booth location. However, as we usually have over 400
participants every year, we cannot accommodate every request. We
cannot make any guarantee as to where your booth will be located.
- Any food items you wish to provide at Bronco Bash
must be GIVEN AWAY at no cost to participants. Small candy items
(i.e. suckers, gum, licorice and mints) are the only approved
giveaway items for Bronco Bash. No beverages of any kind are allowed
as give-aways at Bronco Bash (water bottles, sodas, smoothies,
floats etc.) All items MUST be approved by the Bronco Bash staff
prior to the event.

- Only registered food vendors will be allowed to
sell food and beverages at Bronco Bash.
- No refunds on booth application fee after
the July 27, 2007 application deadline.
- Coca Cola has exclusive pouring rights on the campus
of WMU. This means that Bronco Bash booths are not allowed to give
away, sell, or endorse Coca Cola or other beverage products during
Bronco Bash. In addition, only WMU will be allowed to sell Coca Cola
products.
- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on Western
Michigan University’s campus.
- Frisbees are not permitted as promotional items.
- WMU reserves the right to deny access to Bronco Bash
based on university contractual agreements.
- WMU reserves the right to remove any group that has
music or sound in competition with contracted entertainment or that
is disturbing neighboring tables.
- WMU reserves the right to remove any items,
vendors, or groups that are in conflict with the educational mission
of the University, the WMU Student Code, and/or any applicable
university policy (ex: weapons).
